I am so very sorry for taking so long to update this blog, in January of 2010 I moved to a very small city in Ethiopia and the internet was very slow and unstable. It made the everyday maintenance of the blog very difficult, especially when blogs were banned and I couldn't assess it.
Anyway, I have since returned and moved back to Toronto, Canada. I was a little lost at first but helped start a nonprofit that is promoting electric vehicles. I love my job and it keeps me very busy, but I always think about Ethiopia.
I am going to keep updating this blog with information, photos and stories to document my time there.

The other day I was biking home with my roommate, we were coming home from a bar and very hungry. I noticed a small Ethiopia restaurant that was still open and so I went in to order some food. I love meeting Ethiopians and speaking with them, I didn't learn very much Amharic but I can carry enough of a conversation to express my love of their culture. Anyway, the food was great and I would definitely recommend it. Actually, I am going to start reviewing the Ethiopian restaurants in Toronto and putting up their locations.
Here are is an interesting video of Ethiopian dancing, its all in shoulders.
